Philadelphia Parking Authority

An excerpt from the most recent letter I wrote to the PPA:

Furthermore, as a member of the Philadelphia community, where I was born and raised, I find in disheartening to know that PPA makes it so easy to forget that Philadelphia is the city of brotherly love. Instead of “regulating the use of on-street parking,” the PPA makes it difficult for business to thrive, while consumers battle new, and difficult to manage, parking regulations. During this difficult economic time, when parking has clearly been paid, so be it in the wrong kiosk, I find it unacceptable to heavily fine people who act in good faith.
